Ini adalah lagu kesembilan di album kedua U2, October.
Judul lagu ini diambil dari judul buku Robert Heinlein dan boleh dibilang ini adalah lagu yang tidak mengumbar iman kristiani Bono, The Edge dan
Larry Mullen Jr, khususnya pada album ini.
Konon, Bono menuliskan lagu ini untuk mengisahkan U2 ketika masuk ke Berlin dari arah Jerman Timur. Waktu itu Jerman masih terbagi dua, Jerman Barat dan Jerman Timur.

Lagu yang tercatat baru pertama kali dimainkan secara live yaitu di Vorst National, Brussels Belgia pada 28 Oktober 1984 ini menurutku adalah lagu awal yang dijadikan U2 untuk mengangkat
isu politik dan perdamaian dunia.
